- A property information sheet. This is our bible for your property. In addition to general property information, it will also include a list of all trades specific to your property. Location of vital information such as the location for water shutoff valves for townhouses or areas of service responsibility for HVAC units in high-rises and contract expiry dates.
- We assist in the development of homeowner handbooks and ensure that one is distributed to every new purchaser
- We encourage and participate in owner information meetings to keep residents up to date and to hear concerns in the community
