We return all telephone calls to our management office within 24 hours and respond to e-mails withing 72 hours.
The goal of Traway Property Management is to provide resources to homeowners and board members that are not necessarily tied into our condominium management services.
- Monthly board meeting preparation, attendance and follow up
- Proper documentation and transcription of corporate minutes
- Preparation of a comprehensive directors and management report
- This includes:
- An agenda
- Minutes from the last meeting
- Unaudited financial statements year to date updates on any out-standing items
- New items for consideration and/or information
- Closed/completed items
- Property inspection
- All on-going administrative community support.
- We provide quarterly draft newsletters for board input and review and hold regular information meetings with owners as part of our contract cost
- Owner correspondence and communications
- Enforcement of the Corporations Declaration, by-laws and policies
- Documentation and tracking of accounting information, maintenance requests, violations and architectural applications
- Coordination of annual general and special owners meetings
We service the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region (Uxbridge, Port Perry, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Newmarket, Keswick and areas to the North and East of Toronto).
