Your first reading material should be The Condominium Act .  The regulations pertaining to the Condominium Act can be found here, 48/01 and 49/01.

For those homeowners who have recently purchased in their Condominium community, the Tarion Warranty Corporation's website provides you with information regarding the warranty on your home as well as the common elements of your corporation. For those who have purchased in a Common Element or Vacant Land Condominium, the common elements of your corporation are not covered by Tarion.

The Ministry of Consumer Services is the governing body for Condominium Corporations in Ontario.

The Ontario Human Rights Commission address many issues related to preservation of your rights.  There is no cost to speak to representatives or to file a complaint.

Accounting and Auditing Guidelines for Ontario Condominium Corporations. These guidelines are developed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.  They are quite interesting to read and provide detailed guidelines that your auditor should be employing during your annual audit.  They also point out areas that your auditor does not provide an opinion for.

When it comes to employees, there are few that have less protection under the Employment Standards Act than on-site superintendents.  If you are a board member, and your corporation is an employer, you should know your obligations under this Act.
