Putting 25 Years Experience to Work For You!

Our philosophy is to serve each client's specific needs, managing each condominium corporation with the special care and attention to detail that enhance value and helps reduce costs.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the most professional, value-added property management services, maximizing the value and profitability of each asset.

We understand that as board members and homeowners, each client has specific objectives, as well as performance expectations of its property management company.

In addition to our property management services, we also provide accounting services for those condominium corporations who do not require full property management services.

We bring over 25 years condominium management experience to your property needs. Our managers are Registered Condominium Managers and our firm will be the first in Durham Region to reach ACMO 2000 certification.

We service the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region (Uxbridge, Port Perry, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Newmarket, Keswick and areas to the North and East of Toronto).

Tracey McLellan

Tracey has been in the “industry” for over 25 years and manages a variety of clients.

Her passion for the condominium industry led to her appointment as instructor of Financial Management and Budgeting at Humber and Mohawk Colleges on behalf of ACMO.

She takes a hands on approach to her properties.  Although her door is always open, she very often visits her homeowners when she is on-site, letting them know that their time is valuable to her.

She also gives her time to various volunteer board positions.

Wayne Gunn

Wayne's profession is computer programming and he brings his trouble-shooting skills and in-depth knowledge of all things mechanical to our boards, handling many requests for special projects.

Since leaving Mohawk College, he has honed his skills to help condominium corporations find solutions for a variety of problems.

In addition, Wayne works well with the trades on a regular basis to minimize downtime and service calls a valuable resource for our clients.
