Tracey Gunn is the principal and owner of Traway Property Management Services Inc. Her philosophy is to serve each client's specific needs, with professionalism, compassion and the expertise that is expected of an accounting department.
It is our job to help you achieve your goals, and make you look good doing it! We do this by operating with a strong emphasis on Ethics and attention to detail.
It is our vision to ensure that every condominium in Ontario has access to affordable, and accurate financial reporting to ensure compliance with Bill 106 - Protecting Condominium Owners.
We also strive to provide those individuals who are looking to succeed on their own with reliable accounting services, so they can focus on what matters, their clients.
In addition to sitting on committees for The Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, Tracey is a Registered Condominium Manager, and our services are recommended by various solicitors and auditors throughout the GTA.
Tracey also taught Financial Management at Humber and Mohawk Colleges to students who are studying to obtain their Registered Condominium Manager designation.
We service the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region (Uxbridge, Port Perry, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Newmarket, Keswick and areas to the North and East of Toronto).
